More Than Learning How to Teach
This 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is more than learning how to teach yoga. It is a deeply immersive experience designed to challenge you physically, emotionally, and spiritually while helping you develop a deeper understanding of yoga, your practice, and yourself.
Led by Steve Safranek, a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with seven years of teaching experience and more than 3,500 classes taught. Steve has led multiple teacher trainings, facilitated domestic and international yoga retreats, and trained and certified 13 students as yoga teachers.
This training brings together years of teaching experience with a practical, experiential approach to yoga, personal growth, and developing confident and authentic teachers.

What You'll Experience
The first three weekends of the training will center around Ashtanga Yoga. You will learn and practice the Ashtanga Primary Short Form Series, explore its foundations and philosophy, and progressively develop the skills necessary to confidently teach the entire short-form class yourself.
The remaining five weekends will shift into the art of Vinyasa Yoga. You will explore sequencing, transitions, cueing, pacing, class structure, theming, and the process of developing your own authentic teaching style. You will also be introduced to Yin Yoga and learn how slower, more introspective practices can complement dynamic movement.
Throughout the training, you will experience:
You Don't Have to Want to Teach
You do not need to want to become a yoga teacher to participate in this training.
Some people enter a 200-hour training because they want to teach. Others come because they want to deepen their personal practice, understand yoga beyond the physical postures, challenge themselves, or experience something genuinely transformative.
Both are welcome.
If you choose to teach, you will leave with practical experience and a strong foundation to step in front of a room and lead. If teaching isn't your goal, you can approach the training as an opportunity for deeper study, self-inquiry, connection, and personal growth.
