Become a More Impactful Teacher

The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed around one central purpose: to help you become a more skilled, confident, knowledgeable, and impactful yoga teacher.

This is not a training built around simply accumulating another 300 hours. It is an opportunity to invest deeply in yourself as both a student and a teacher—to refine your craft, expand your knowledge, deepen your personal practice, and learn how to create a more intentional and powerful experience for the people you teach.

"The goal is simple: when you complete this training, you should know that you are a better teacher than when you started."

Program Accreditation Notice: This 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is not Yoga Alliance accredited. It is an independent mentorship and advanced teaching methodology program for dedicated teachers and practitioners.

Mastering the Art of Teaching

A significant portion of this training will focus on the actual art of teaching yoga.

We will explore the details that can transform a good class into an exceptional experience: cueing, pacing, sequencing, transitions, voice, music, lighting, theming, presence, holding space, reading the room, and creating an environment where students can connect more deeply with themselves.

Throughout the training, you will teach two complete yoga classes with the intention of improving the same class over time. You will teach your first class, receive detailed feedback, identify areas for growth, and then spend time intentionally developing your skills. Later in the training, you will teach again, giving you an opportunity to apply what you have learned and experience your own progression as a teacher.

You will also create and teach a workshop lasting between one and two hours. This will challenge you to move beyond teaching a traditional yoga class and learn how to develop, organize, and facilitate a deeper educational experience around a subject that matters to you.

Deepen Your Knowledge

Becoming a better teacher also requires continuing to be a student. Throughout the ten training weekends, we will take deeper dives into different traditions, practices, and areas of study within yoga and the body. Expert teachers and practitioners will be brought into the training to share their knowledge and experience.

Areas of exploration will include:

Ayurveda Kundalini Yoga Yoga Nidra Anatomy Sound bowls & frequencies Breathwork Ashtanga Yoga Somatic practices Advanced teaching methodology Sequencing & class development Meditation & self-inquiry

Who Is This Training For?

You do not have to currently teach yoga to participate in the 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. However, completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training program is required. Wherever you are on that path, this training is an investment in your practice, your knowledge, and yourself.
